Delightful Cookery Class Co-hosted by Amity College and MSI
The Department of Mathematics, Statistics and Insurance (MSI) and Amity College successfully co-organised a hands-on Cookery Class on 20 October 2026 at the RC Communal Hall. The event brought together 30 students from both Amity College and the BSc-AIN and BSc-DSBI programmes for an evening of culinary creativity and community bonding.
Designed to promote healthy eating and practical life skills, the workshop guided participants through preparing simple, nutritious, and delicious dishes using accessible ingredients. Working in small groups, students not only learned essential cooking techniques but also discovered the joy of preparing and sharing a meal together, fostering teamwork and stronger connections between peers.
The event concluded with a delightful tasting session, where students enjoyed the fruits of their labour. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all participants for their enthusiasm and active engagement, which made the evening a resounding success.
