The on-campus HSUHK Summer Academy 2025 was successfully held on 30 July 2025. The BSc-AIN and BSc-DSBI programmes provided secondary school students with an engaging introduction to big data, actuarial studies, and insurance. Dr. Benson Lam, Dr. Jacky Leung, and BSc-DSBI alumnus Mr. KONG Man Chung (Jay) delivered insightful talks on data science, business intelligence, actuarial studies, and insurance. Through their sharing, participants gained a deeper understanding of the applications of data science and the latest developments in the insurance industry.
