BSc-DSBI Service Learning Programme collaborated with YMCA to provide real-life data from a survey to our students for analysis. The topic of the survey was about the needs of adolescents in parent-child relationships, parental disciplinary methods and child role. Two teams of BSc-DSBI Year-3 and Year-4 students presented their findings to the representatives of YMCA and our teaching staff on 1 December 2022.

The Programme aims to develop students’ academic skills, sense of social responsibility, and commitment to the community. In the Programme, students can apply academic knowledge and skills into meaningful community service.
