Ms.Kelly Mok, the General Manager of General Insurance & Employee Benefits in Prudential Hong Kong, gave an online talk on 19 November 2020 (Thursday) to provide students of BSC-AIN and BSC-DSBI programmes an insight into Prudential General Insurance business and a glimpse into how it operates behind the scene.

A high-level sharing on key operations in insurance companies was delivered to our students, including how the business identifies business needs during the product development stage, how both online & offline claims process works, the role that an Actuary plays, and examples of personal lines products.
